I was like royalty, the room was perfect. Food was amazing, the staff were very helpful at all times. WE are coming back for sure. THANK you for everything.

the front desk check-in staff were helpful. spa treatments were very good. in-room dining experiences were fine. i found the restaurant dining experiences met my expectations as well.

our table wasn't ready, the hostess was rude. her name is annabel. i didn't think she was working in the right place. she didn't smile.

Really good Stay at Iconic Location

marble bathroom modern toilet fast service polite staff

I was impressed with the light airy refurbished room I stayed in on the seventh floor it featured decadent marble throughout the bathroom. I appreciated the modern Toto toilet installed in the bathroom. The room service was very fast and the food was lovely. I found the staff to be friendly courteous and helpful throughout my stay.

The late check-out wasn't flexible which was disappointing I was hoping for a bit more leeway as I departed.

The room had a balcony I enjoyed. The room included many elite products in the mini bar. Staff members were helpful and smiling at all times.
